Specialized in Anxiety and Trauma Therapy and Supervision

As an Experienced Licensed Clinician in both outpatient and educational settings, I am excited to offer a variety of professional mental health services including: Individual and Couples Therapy, Supervision for Master’s level clinicians, and Consultation for therapists, parents, families, schools and students.

Mental Health Therapy

Adolescents and Adults: Mental Health Therapy for Teens and adults struggling with Anxiety, stress, and Trauma. This will include an in-depth bio-psycho-social assessment to help us target goals for therapy.

Parents: Support and Guidance for coping with, and adjusting to, life as caregivers. Support for managing your child's emotional and behavioral world.

Couples Therapy: I am trained in the Gottman Method: an empirically validated and Research backed couples therapy modality.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision: For Master Level Clinicians who are pursuing their LMHC or SAC/SSW license.

I am qualified by the Board of Allied Mental Health and Human Services to provide the required LMHC supervision hours for licensure.

I have three years of experience providing quality supervision to graduate students and master's level clinicians. I find this work extremely rewarding and I look forward to providing a free 15-minute exploratory call to see if my supervision services will be a good fit for you!

Consultation Services

Consultation for families in advocating for, and understanding, Special Education Services for your child related to emotional disturbances.

Consultation for parents for managing emotions and behaviors of your child .

Consultation to other therapists on mental health treatment and risk assessment of your clients .

Consultation to schools for mental health support for enrolled students and for their educators.
